A guy has a nightmare about a disastrous incident and how he life runs on a normal day( in telugu)

We often use normal to define a person, to define a situation that is familiar to us. But what is exactly normal? It can be different for everyone? For someone a normal day may include, waking up, going to work, going out with friends, and going to sleep with a smile on their face. But for someone else normal may mean drowning in the noise of one's head and not knowing what to do without it right?
