Her brother had only recently turned 11 when they no longer had a place to live, but a neighbour of theirs happily took care of them. Once Nori had enough money and had graduated, she moved into an apartment and continued to pay for her brother's education. Now, 4 and a half years later, Nori and Yama have moved to Ikebukuro. Will they be able to live normal lives that they never had before, or will it be the exact same as before?

Things may of seemed to have calmed down in Ikebukuro after awhile but in reality, hell was coming back to haunt everyone. Mikado has gone completely berserk, Masaomi and Anri want their friend back, and Aoba is over Mikado's bullshit. What will happen in this city? Read to find out!
