Playing 'Untitled' somehow transports her into the wrong sekai, one that intends to rip apart feelings.. Kohane Azusawa, suddenly finds herself in a mysterious place. Trapped with 15 students, she is forced into a killing game. "Fufu, this is a rather interesting bunch, I wonder... Just who will be our lucky winner." Now the question is, can a song born from such despairful feelings even exist, and will that song turn into a beautiful melody that'll be sung for the years to come?
