Antarcticite x Phosphophyllite They travel out from the school, considering Phos not being tired in the middle of their rest. Who knew things would go so wrong.

This takes place where the last chapter of the manga leaves off, so it is past vol. 9. Spoiler warnings now if you are not caught up. This isn't really going to be very long, but I feel like I should write this nonetheless. Last night I dreamt they were able to bring back Antarcticite, so this will be about that. Also, there are minor flaws that don't quite correlate with the story exactly, but none too severe that it doesn't make sense.

Izuku had always wanted to be a hero like All Might. His prayers for a quirk have been answered but not in a good way. He has his obtained a quirk being made out of the gem Phosphophyllite, a rare but extremely fragile gem. His life turned upside down as having a quirk that basically makes his whole body fragile as glass makes his dreams of becoming a hero seem only but an illusion. His classmates ignored him, his friends bully him, but worst is the treatment his parents give him at home all throughout the years. That all changed after a traumatic day of suffering, he had took Bakugo's advice and jumped he didn't expected to wake up and meet other gem people like him, the Lustrous. What will happen once Izuku returns to Japan, and how will Japan react? This is basically about my OC Talc from when they were born and what goes on through their daily gem life- Oof I really need to think of a better description sooner or later. Anyways cover art by me but will be changing it as soon as I finish my latest art piece I can use.

Cover photo is by art of kace on tumblr! This fic will be in a Human AU as well. Antarc, a bartender that is often quiet, cold, and easily comparable to a soldier, unexpectedly meets Phos, a college student, having difficulty with his work and studies. Antarc thinks nothing of it, quickly shrugging it off and pushing it away until he sees Phos slowly coming more and more times, trying to drink his problems away it seemed. Antarc can't help but feel a bit of pity for the student and actually offers to help him. He silently prays that this won't end in a train wreck.

Haven't seen an update for the fan-project of minimalist coloring for Houseki no Kuni in 2 years. So I'm finishing it myself, this is the Lustrous Restoration Project. I'll post the original chapters, and post the new ones I'll make. Original work: Chapter 1 to 68. My work: Chapter 69 to 98.
