In a time long forgotten, reigned a species as old a time, yet birthed by unknown means. The Anthems. A race of humanoid creatures that were responsible for single handedly bringing life into the star littered void of space. A simple yet tragic race. For their, once creations, now enemy revolted against their "masters" The Anthems. Only for their masters to soon meet their down fall, by their own hands. Their civilization destroyed, by a great war, where one side wished to destroyed their creations, while the other, wished to protect their soon to be successors. Now all that remains of their once prosperous society, is now only whispers in the wind. Cities abandoned, though the hopes of their kind not yet destroyed, as only two Anthems remained in secret. Brothers. The embodiment of the age old representation of the symbol of balance. Two sides of one coin. Good and Evil. A delicate balance where one cannot exist without the other. Soon the brother that embodied all the good in the world, was no longer. After dying by the hands of his older sibling, while carrying out his life long duty. Now, the embodiment of good has returned, waking in a world far different from that he had died in. Yet not knowing of who he really is. Nyra and I wrote this story for English in around two weeks, and a people asked us to upload it, so here you go. This is a short story written in the perspectives of Min and Tamar, immigrants who are going into second grade. There, they are met with racism, even if they don't realize it. There are also a lot of fandom references.

A poem that is about being trapped in a place that is supposed to be safe. It has a dystopia feel to it.

The point of the story is about the main character named Roley is abandoned by his best friend named Milcha. Roley thinks that somebody or something has been taking over Milcha. So then Roley has made a point to save her.

This is the sequel to Anthem bc I had to read it and write a sequel for it so I figured why not post it. If you haven't read anthem i think it was good so yo,u should read it

I think there is no love story in any of the novels. They are just all kinds of sad, happy and sorrowful stories. I think we fell too fast, and the scattered rubble fell with us, like the stars in the sky fell like raindrops... It's hard to explain, what kind of theory is this? Am I very selfish? Human nature is selfish. Is it scary? However, it is more than just being scary and harbouring selfishness. "All suffering arises from desire" Aaheli thought... she always thought that! She had desired to live, but now she felt the opposite desire inside her, as inseparable as her breath. She knew that she would suffer from it, but she couldn't even begin to imagine the magnitude of the suffering required to achieve greatness in the chaotic, violent world outside. All she wanted now was to die. She remembered the philosopher Yang Zhu's belief that death should be neither feared nor revered, and funeral ceremonies were of no worth to the deceased. Perhaps death was the only way to escape the suffering caused by desire. And in the end , the desire was granted as a wish; maybe as a compensation. (Author's note: There's no connection with reality but some of its feelings are real. Don't mistake it to be some personal incidents. It's completely imaginary.)

Well if you haven't read Anthem by Ayn Rand I suggest y'all go read that book. It is a really good book. This is my English II Project I did for Anthem at my school. My teacher said it was really good and coming from him It meant alot because I know he meant it.
