A new government in erected - a totalitarian system called The Panel that chooses the Careers of each citizen. The story is told by an anonymous individual (going by the pseudonym Lilly) through her letters to a girl named Annabeth. Annabeth has already had the procedure done: a surgery that takes away your memories to make you fully invested in the Career in which The Panel has chosen for you. Lilly decided the best way to convince Annabeth to join her cause is by gaining her trust, merely by telling the story of her final months before her Procedure, and her involvement with a secret organization called the Black Tens, serving to take down the Panel and diminish the memory swipe.

Clay, or Dream as his crew call him, is part of a gang that is very anti-gov. The gang has a couple of rules. 1) keep quiet. 2) keep stealthy and don't get caught. 3) your friends are enemies. 4) NO DATING. George is a government worker that programs security. Clay kidnaps George one day to make him help the gang with their plan. However, Clay falls for George and George falls for Clay. But there's one thing. The dating rule. They have to keep quiet...or else.

Annabeth Chancellor is a twelve year old Intelligence Program Student looking out to change the world. She's the classic example of how people look at Intelligence Program Students. Stuck-up, sarcastic and anti-social, but she's a girl-on-a-mission to prove how terribly wrong this stereotype is.

It had always been like this. Passing large rallies in the streets. Mother would hold my hand and lead me forward, ignoring the jeers and screeches spouting from the tumultuous crowd. Everyone was always beaten and dragged away. I'd learned to ignore them. Everyone did. "Mom, what do they rally about?" I'd asked once, years and years ago. She absent-mindly had informed me that 'They think our world history isn't true,' which I had accepted. She didn't know I saw the grave look she gave my father after she had answered.

What happens in the future. No one knows what if the government take over into a moarchary well the do. What happens when a girl escapes to try and find freedom valley and me some old aqutainces . Will the bring her happiness or ruin her plans ...... Please don't copy right I thought of all these ideas by myself please ....
