I am patient A751, on ward three of the Morganville institute. The facility is located in the outskirts of London, but no exact location have been given to the public to protect the “patients” from the outside world. There are 3 wards in the facility: 1, being the most normal of us all or those who are nearly able to leave their “rehabilitation”. 2, is those who still need some assistance to control their abilities. 3, the ones who have no hope of leaving the facility in the near future or permanent future.
