Dear Bully, You must be going through a tough time at home if you feel the need to pick on me. But that's alright. You know why? Because I believe in you. I believe that you'll get better and we can become friends. Doesn't that sound good? Instead of you giving me bruises you can give me hugs? I like the sound of that. Well, I hope you read this letter unlike the previous ones you threw away. Tomorrow is a better day, okay? ~ Arla May TRIGGER WARNING MATERIAL CONTAINS THEMES OF BULLYING, DEPRESSION, AND SUICIDE. It's 2050. Not a single weapon has been fired in the streets of London since 2019. Violence and crime has died down near to nil along with all types of public discriminatory behaviour. Humanity has finally evolved to live in peace and harmony, salted with nothing but the utmost respect for one another. World peace - the unobtainable dream - has finally been obtained; but at what cost? A young aspiring journalist, A.J Stuart, yearns to spread the truth on what is supposed to be a Utopian society. Trigger Warnings: Self-harm. Gender dysphoria. Mentions of suicide attempt. Harassment. Mentions of xenophobia. PS. This book is fiction. Nothing in it is legit neither are they supposed forewarning or depiction what is to happen in the future. Do not take anything here literally for goodness sake.

"You say you love me, yet you try to rip me apart limb by limb. I may not break easily, but the way you keep wearing me out all the time - well - I might as well just be made of paper. That way you wouldn't have to try hard to break me. One tear with your fingers and that's it. I'd be done for. Too bad that's not going to happen." *** "I want a kiss." He leans in a little, just enough to touch my hair. "Did you dye your hair purple?" he smirks, his famous smirk. I smack his hand away and he steps back. "It looks nice." He says softly. It sounded genuine. Like, 'the Carter Daniels' was actually giving me a compliment. He laughs, knowing I didn't expect him to say that to me. "Thanks." I say softly. Then, I casually lean into him, so close I can feel his breath hitch and his heart race. "Do you still want that kiss?" I whisper, seductively. Carter is frozen in place. I guess he wasn't expecting me to tease him back. I wasn't either. Now, it's like my body and mind aren't the same. But, I had to admit, it was fun teasing him like this. *** On the surface Lila seems like your everyday teenager in her junior year of high school, but if you look a little deeper, you will see something dark and uncertain lingering in the depths of Lila's life. Lila has always gotten out of her conflicts with her shyness, whether it be with her 'friends' and their abuse or Kevin's (Lila's older brother) best friend, Carter and his constant tormenting. But, when she decides to finally fight back against the binds that trap her from freedom, will Lila cower under the fear of her 'friends' or will she finally find her voice and free herself from the darkness that never wants to leave her? Finding Her Voice focuses in on a teenage girl's life named Lila. Follow her story as she gets into rancid blood baths with her (sort of) friends, trades insults with her older brother's best friend, and takes advice from her smarter, younger brother.

The Bright Side [An Anti-Bullying Short Story] Patricia and Peter are twins. Patricia is lively while Peter is reticent. They are hyped up for their first day of school but things don't go quite as planned. On the very first day, Peter has an unfriendly encounter with Richard, the school bully. Things go worse when Richard perseveres with his mindless tricks on Peter. But Patricia and Peter pursue the right path, keeping their parents' advice in mind and go on to show that sometimes help may come from the most unexpected person. The two kids manifest what one's purpose in life should be, they manifest humanity.

I came back 10 years later, to the place I once called home. It was where I created unforgettable memories, both tearful, sad, and joyful. But it's where I suffered most as a child. As a naive, mere child, I taught myself it's ok; I forced myself into thinking it's all ok; I glued the thoughts into my head, telling my self it was all okay. But now once I reflect on my prior actions, I realize it's not ok, and it will never be. To let yourself be bullied, and used as a punching bag, isn't ok. Now it's too late. I can't go back. What I did, I did. And I can never change that. Ever. I stepped foot into the old house. It was a place I treasured once. It was filled with life and optimism, but the way I see it now, I feel it's simply all.. faded.
