Twenty four teenagers are brought into a government facility for training. But not any training, training to test the powers passed down from their ancestors that most of them didn't even know about. Some will survive, some will be driven mad by the memories of facing their worst fears and others will be killed. In the time it takes to train them all for the final battle between the planets everything they all know will be proven wrong and two individuals will stand out among the rest and hope will be scattered among the people. But will that be able to save them?

This takes place in a world where monsters are actively discriminated against, especially by the Atlantic Red Star, which takes us to our protagonist, Voda Tanya.

(This is a story I wrote for my Creative Writing class, it isn't very long but I figured I would post it anyway to get some opinions on it.) Coda had just finished high school when she finally got to move back in with her birth parents after being kept in the rich squadrints by some people who made her work for them without pay. She moves back with her mentor Jessey and finally see's her childhood friend Midna again. What she didn't expect was that her parents would offer her and her friends a chance to go on a mission for the secret FTN organization. Now they must travel around the nation to find others who want to help Free The Nation take down President Bluzon.

Yellow chunks of bile hang in her fallen hair. This girl hasn't been diagnosed bulimic nor has she caught the common flu. She has watched a man kill 27 people and his father turn 4 humans into 1. She stares at both, both of which she has found compassion for. They are the government, the ones who cursed her with her colorful eyes that cover her vision when she seems to remember something. The man who took away all her memories and replaced them with fake ones so she wouldn't fret. She's trapped in the Society, watching as they kill off civilians but she was here to get her memory back. Olympia demands her memory back, only then does she realize she is an experiment of her own. Our story begins with the birth of a child. It is the year 2101, the start of the 22nd century. Chronicles, the land home to the smartest people in the universe, has been colonized by its neighbor country and placed under the oppressive dictatorship of a ruler who possesses a cruelty beyond imaginable. This dictator is the only known human in the universe to possess magical powers. But then a mole turned her in the the authorities, along with Andrea -- one of the oppostion leaders -- and Tomas, a Black Moon agent working under the cover of a Red Sun police officer. Locked up in a labyrinthine dungeon 14 levels below ground, the captured members are tortured daily in Red Sun's effort to extract classified information about the Anti-Red movement. Will they survive the horrendous treatment or ever see the light of day again?

Annabeth has already had the procedure done: a surgery that takes away your memories to make you fully invested in the Career in which The Panel has chosen for you. Lilly decided the best way to convince Annabeth to join her cause is by gaining her trust, merely by telling the story of her final months before her Procedure, and her involvement with a secret organization called the Black Tens, serving to take down the Panel and diminish the memory swipe.

Aelita has this power where she can close her eyes and picture something like a gun or a book or shoes or anything and when she opens her eyes it appears before her. When she was 9 she was deemed unworthy of her powers so her memory was wiped and she was sent away and was supposed to live a normal life. However early in her 12th year of life she is discovering her abilities and whispers of her old self are haunting her. When she was 13 she told her best and only friend about this power and together she relearned how to use it. But then at 15 Aelita gets turned for the worse, she befriends her once bully and they commit a felony that puts Aelita on a very dangerous radar. Now she's running for her life and away from herself. What she runs into is a conspiracy that is deeper and creepier than anything she could imagine or create. She is a big part of something but she can't seem to put it all together. And it might be too late to.

Then, they started to create the Metallica, half human, half machine. Only a handful of us escaped from the Fear. We are all that's left of the free minded people. This is our history, your history, the one untainted by Revolution. Don't let our sacrifice be in vain. Use these recordings and destroy Revolution. I will tell you this now, this fact which you cannot ignore. Revolution created the Fear. They created it so that they could get away with creating the Metallica. Don't trust anyone. Don't even trust yourself.
