She have a cousin name Uzumaki Kimiko, Uzumaki Karin, Uchiha Itsuki and Uchiha Satsuna. Her parents were died after sealing Kyubi who called as Kurama seal inside Naruko. Naruko had been take care by Uchiha Madara and Namikaze Meiko. She had been trained by Madara which make her become a powerful kunoichi in Konoha. She had been engage with the eldest son of Uchiha Fugaku, Uchiha Itachi because of their parent's promise. Even so, Naruko felt upset for some reason when her fiance was emotionless as he never smile at her. Naruko saw Itachi had smile only for his family and his friends especially with Izumi. But he never smile at her as he seem cold to her. Naruko was felt that Itachi may not agree with the engagement and she doesn't know what to do so she force herself to stay away from Itachi. What will her fate? What will happen when Itachi was a sensei of team 7 since Naruko, Sasuke, Renji and Sakura were a team 7? What will Naruko do? Will she get her happiness?
