Apryl goes to a school in Australia, where her father worked, Until she gets in massive trouble. Her mum decides that she should go to England. She goes to a boarding school there with the help of one of her mum's friend, who gave her a scholarship. She arrives at the school and is told that she will be living in the Anubis house. She loves the school and meets many people. She finds more of herself, uncovering family secrets and discovers love, friendship and fun. Things she never really knew. It wasn't supposed to be like this, unable to call for help, stranded on an island with a psychotic god running around it, forced to uncover the gruesome past and find a way off the island before the new moon. An unlikely group full of five useless teenagers and a teacher, head out to a secluded island only for the boats to be broken in some sort of twisted attempt to lift a curse on an ancient deity. Time starts running out as they realize they're on a tight schedule, and the only ways off the island are either by death or Holy Intervention, though neither of them seem very plausible. cover by @skylerkonnik
