At fifteen... she was light. Niharika Rathore was the kind of girl who made rooms softer just by entering them. A sunshine soul wrapped in innocence. She laughed too easily, trusted too quickly, and loved her mother more than anything in the world. Her eyes-almond-shaped, deep, observant-held warmth. Her smile could melt silence. Chubby cheeks like cotton candy... a face everyone remembered. But some stories don't stay soft. Because in one night... everything changed. The man her mother trusted... the man who was supposed to become her stepfather... became the reason her world cracked open. Nothing loud. Nothing spoken. Just a line crossed that should have never been crossed. And after that night... Niharika was never the same. --- At seventeen... she is still alive. But the sunshine is gone. Her smile doesn't reach her eyes anymore. Her gaze avoids people, like the world itself became unsafe. Quiet. Careful. Guarded. She no longer trusts light. She only trusts shadows. Then fate turns again. Her mother slips into a coma. And suddenly... there is no place left for her. A maternal grandfather she barely knows sends her away-far from everything she called home. But before she can leave... another truth arrives like a storm. A father she never truly knew. A name whispered in fear. A mafia king. And he wants her back. Not as a guest. Not as a choice. As his daughter. --- But Niharika has already learned one thing the hard way: Men break things. Even the ones who are supposed to protect you. Now she is taken into a world she never imagined- A house filled with power... silence... and eight brothers who see her as an outsider. No women. No softness. No familiarity. Only rules. Distance. Watchful eyes. And a girl who is terrified of men... being forced to live surrounded by them.

A story that feels like a warm cup of tea on a rainy day. A woman wronged by the world, and the man who considers her his only world. Do Cup Chai follows Vaani, an Income Tax Officer sworn off marriage, tied in matrimony to a hardened Squadron Leader in the IAF. What begins as two names on a paper slowly transforms into mutual companionship, love, and most of all, respect. And yet, while Vaani was tempted to bridge the gap between them, Vihaan's walls made it impossible for him to be vulnerable. A story that moves, breaks, and heals at the same time. This is basically going to be exactly what the title says. Some will be poems while others will be whatever I'm thinking. It may also include some rants if I am unable to talk to anyone around me at the moment, I will try to let you know if I'm ranting before I start the chapter. (EDIT: I feel as if I should let you know that many of them can be depressing as that is what I was feeling when I was writing. If you are feeling depressed I encourage you to reach out and ask for help. You don't have to suffer alone even if you may feel that was. And if you feel like no one is willing to listen then tell me, I will listen.) This will not be updated on a regular basis. Please do not post hate comments, although constructive criticism is always welcome and encouraged. Don't forget to vote. TW: There are mentions of depression and anxiety in some of the later ones. There is one I marked separately because it gets particularly dark. I will be doing my best to mark any chapters with warnings that may apply. Thank you

For twenty-one years, Easton Brooks has known exactly where he belongs, on his family's wheat farm in the tiny town of Pine Ridge, Montana. A basketball scholarship to Redmont University was never supposed to change that. It was simply an opportunity, one he's worked his entire life for and one he refuses to waste. But between the expectations of being Redmont's biggest transfer, a campus that feels impossibly large, and the pressure to prove he deserves every minute on the court, the confidence everyone else sees begins to crack. Behind closed doors, panic attacks become harder to hide and the future he's always dreamed of starts to feel terrifying instead. Bree Watson knows better than anyone what basketball can take away. As the daughter of Redmont's head coach, she's spent years building a life that exists everywhere except inside the college basketball program. But some memories refuse to stay in the past and some wounds never truly heal. When she stumbles across a hopelessly lost transfer student during orientation week, helping him find his way seems like nothing more than an act of kindness. Bree has no idea that the quiet farm boy with freckles, an easy smile and a terrible sense of direction is Redmont's newest basketball star, and Easton has no idea the girl who helped him find his first class is the one person every player has been warned to stay away from. As chance encounters become shared electives, late-night study sessions and afternoons coaching Bree's young basketball team, she discovers there's far more to Easton than the player the crowd chants for every game. Behind the spotlight is someone who misses home, carries the weight of impossible expectations and is quietly fighting battles no one else can see. Sometimes home isn't a place. Sometimes it's the person who reminds you who you were before the world told you who you had to become. *Redmont University Novel #1*
