The Demon Pill and the Spirit Pill weren't the only ones born from the Chaos Pearl-two more were born from it as well. However, since the other two pills' power was significantly weaker than that of the Demon Pill and the Spirit Pill, their presence wasn't noticed by the Heavenly Master or the two immortal Taoists.
