I remember when the plague started as if it were yesterday. The fear, The blood. It was like an unseen war had broke out, a catalyst for the apocalypse. We couldn't stop it, instead we needed to evolve. People were willing to try anything at a chance for safety, and the cure played on those hopes. I was one of the many children given the antidote to the zombie virus, which made us immune to the infection. The immune now gather to protect the rest of the world against the doctors who started and are still progressing the zombie virus. Yet even there, nothing runs as smoothly as it seems. Our leadership is corrupt. Our people are abandoning, dying, disappearing. But I'll change it. I have to. Once and for all, I'll put a stop to the schemes of those darkening the luminescence of our lives. In the new world, it's kill or be killed.

Charlie Summers, she's 14 years old. Trapped in a world, where the dead become the living. She as skills in combat and is good with a gun. But will that alone be enough? She needs to find and protect the little brother who as been gone since shit hit the fan. After two years of living on her own in the apocalypse, a few different groups here and there, she finally finds a prison to crash in. Expecting just another rest stop waiting to collapse. What she didn't realize was that her brother, Tommy found that same prison and is not so happy to see her again. Why? What happened to him and since when is he a such a asshole? He's not alone in the place. She meets kind people who take her in as if she was one of there own from the start. The only other person her age is a boy named Carl Grimes. They bound over hunting one day and become 'friends'. As for the rest well... you'd have to read the story. *So I started this story about a year ago, I haven't done a chapter in a very long time. I think I might edited it. At the time I wrote it I was in the 6th grade so it doesn't have the best literature. I'll warn you know this story is under construction. Safety hats are necessary.

The year is 2037, and she is now just turning 27, the 7 year anniversary of her leaving her family behind. The world is different than it was 28 years ago. There wasn't factions or gangs, people were killing each other, but not for what they are now. Food and water is now rationed, families are seperated, and people are either being eaten by the bitten or killing and fighting each other to survive. Lena is now surviving with her new family, her pack. She has now risen through her pack ranks to be the beta of the black wolfe pack. One of the most dangerous gangs alive, but only consisting of 9 people. Things are about to change for lena and her pack. She is about to have to make changes to her life
