After the events of WAR, it seemed like peace was finally achieved as the Apes settled into their new home. However, the end of it also came with the death of their leader, Caesar. Now, his son Cornelius, must learn how to trust when they come across a band of human survivors. Some of whom are old friends, but some who still harbor resentment towards the apes. As he does, he must do his best to lead his people down the right path and make sure that the LEGEND of his father lives on.

Two years ago I was sent here in this particular movie and ended up rescuing a whole ape tribe all the while gaining their hearts as well as the heart of their leader and his youngest son. Life was peaceful and perfect in this world. I was beginning to meld myself in this world, slowly forgetting the life I once had. But fate decided to play peace beaker and I was once again flung into another conflict between another tribe that held a deep hatred for apes and the faces of the past that I tend to erase. Ten years after the liberation of the apes, Kira and her ape family lived peacefully in the Redwood Forest without having any contact with the humans until a young man named Malcolm requested to rebuild a dam that was needed to save the human race. The apes were wary but Caesar and Kira knew it was the only way to bring peace to both human and ape kind. However, a scarred ape named Koba whose hatred for the humans was beyond comparison threatened to destroy the budding peace by destroying every human in the world even if it meant eliminating Kira as well. It seems Peace now hangs onto balance between human and ape kind.
