The Girl Who Could Read is about a girl named Aphmau. The world she lives in makes girls stay home. Women and girls aren't allowed to read, get jobs and go to school. All girls must follow whoever is the man house's orders. Aphmau's life beings to fall apart once she picks up her brother. 2 years later after a certain incident that causes their family to break. Aphmau was able to tend to school. Will she able to keep her secret from her friends and family? Will she be caught?

TW: Light Bullying Ein is Aaron's best friend. Ein has a sister who is a freshman and she's hot.

*This story is set from phoenix drop high* Aphmau your typical good girl. Gets amazing grades, never late to class, hangs around the right people. But what will happen when "The shadow knights" want her to join their group. When all her other friends leave her there's only one person left to help. Aaron your typical rebel without a cause he breaks rules and occasionally faces but he has a soft side. After the death of his family he thought he would never care for someone again. That was until Aphmau came along.

Instead of a normal life she became a top spy with rare power. She was trained in combat, sword skills and more. She was also taught to feel no emotions and her memories of her old life faded away. One day she is given a mission to get information on Aaron Falconclaw The son of the other spy organization The Falcons and retrieve a rare and powerful item that belonged to her old village . Aphmau was sent to Phoenix Drop. Will she be able to complete her mission or will she fail
