When Lovino suddenly becomes very sick Antonio begiens to loose hope, finding it harder and harder to keep a smile on his face when he knows that the one he loves is dying and there's nothing he can do to save him.

Lovino Vargas (South Italy) is injured in a terrible car accident, causing him to loose his memories. With the help of Antonio (Spain) the two must try to get Lovino's memories back to help rebuild the relationship that the two had. [Special Thanks: @japan_and_spain ! Romano had been crushing on Spain ever since the Ottoman Empire had tried to take him and Spain rescued him. Spain doesn't see Romano as anything other than a child. But when Romano gets kidnapped and replaced by 2p!Romano, Spain comes to realize how much Romano means to him.

Lovino is a quiet student who always tried not to get involved with other people. However, his true nature shows when a fellow classmate tries to break bread with him. Antonio is oblivious to situations around him ,but that won't stop him from trying to be friends with Lovino.

Nations are vanishing without a trace, inflation rates are heavily increasing, and Canada has given himself the task of bringing back his brothers and his lover from the creature that took them
