So I made up my mind that I'll never let anger or hatred take over again. They are too powerful once you let them in .The only thing more powerful than them is forgiveness ,beacuse forgiveness is the tool you use to cut these negative emotions away and once you've freed yourself from them ,you've also freed yourself from the power that certain people in your life have always had over you and it makes those people powerless too, but no one knows what this has done for me ,each time I tell my story ,I'm healing ,I feel the wound closing ,a scab starting to form over it and I think maybe I've found my purpose in life and I'm healing in the same place .when I stood in front of that mirror ,I saw no beauty ,I saw all my weaknesses ,I saw a frail , hopeless young girl staring back at me ,so I worked on her ,took her apart and remoulded her until I found the strength in her ,she slowly became someone I grew to love . Someone who kept her humanity even though this world tried to take it from her , and when I looked into that mirror for the last time .I saw strength, determination and confidence staring back at me please read ,like and comment ... thank you!
