But that all changed when the fire nation attacked. Only the avatar could master all four elements and only he could stop the ruthless firebenders. But when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years have passed, and the fire nation is nearing victory in the war. Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the air nomads, and that the cycle was broken. And so, a single boy rose to the occasion and became a symbol of fear.

Ever since she was born, Jing Yi was sealed away in a frozen slumber to protect her from an unknown cause. Years later, she was free and found by an old and wise yet kind and gentle turtle spirit master named Oogway. He then raised her in an ancient forest of spirits as he teaches her the ancient art of the Yin and Yang: Chi Bending Growing up, Jing Yi has heard the historic tales of beings who wields all four elements of bending called Avatars. But her favorite one was the last Airbender who defeated the evil Fire Lord and ended the 100 year war. And someday, she knew that she'll one day grow up to be one of them. Then one day, her luck was changed when she encounters and meets the Avatar who is named Aang, and later, his friends. A Waterbender named Katara, her brother named Sokka, a blind Earthbender named Toph, and a Firebender and new Fire Lord named Zuko. Now, Jing Yi and her newfound friends must embark on a global quest to find a powerful artifact that is capable of restoring her hero's culture, and secure it before a rogue faction known as "The Denied" claims it. All while Jing Yi must learn the bendings of all four elements from her friends and discovers her origin of who she really is.

Yukina is a rare Ice Bender. Yukina was taken in by the Air nomads when she was a child, even though she was never taught the way of air bending, she helped taking care of the children by playing music or performing a little puppet show with her ice bending. A couple of years passed, Yukina was 17 and she grew up to be a beautiful young girl, even earning a nickname Snow Beauty. Then one day, she was appointed on watching over the Aang, the Avatar. She was unsure about accepting the position, but knew she needs to since they took care of her from when she was a young child. But one night, Aang ran away from the Air Temple, he was unaware that Yukina was with him as well. She tried to convince Aang to return to the Air Temple, but they were caught in a terrible storm and the next thing they knew, 100 years has come to pass. They were both found by Katara and Sokka in the Southern Water Tribe, and they were told the hard truth about what happened to the other Air Nomads and the ongoing war against the Fire Nation. When a Fire Nation ship came to Southern Water Tribe, Yukina fought against the soldiers in order to protect the people of the village, when the soldiers used their fire bending on the village, Yukina used her ice bending and the flames froze. That caught Prince Zuko's attention, he never seen a bender freeze fire before or a girl like her before

The Hundred Year War is over. Peace rules the world in an unprecedented way. The world is starting to heal from the mistakes of the past. It's been eight years since the Avatar defeated the Fire Lord, and eight years since the last time Team Avatar has been together. But when the fate of the balance is once again threatened, it will be time once again for the old friends to reunite and fight side-to-side. Much has changed in all of this time, and Alya is yet to discover that the hardest part of her journey as an airbender is yet to come. *** Sequel to "The Other Airbender" Trilogy.

I really wanted to see more of them, and their interactions and adventures. The show did what it had to do, and I love it, but I still wanted a slower version. So, when I was rewatching it for the umpteenth time, this came to mind and wouldn't get out. So here I am, putting it out there to share with all of you, hoping that you will enjoy it (and that I finally can think of other things XD). Also, please keep in mind that it's heavily inspired by theories and fanfics I've read myself. During their most recent interactions, Aang couldn't deny that something had... maybe changed between them. To Aang, they'd grown closer than ever, holding hands and tackling each other into hugs on sight and finishing each other's sentences. Sometimes a joke, sometimes planned, and sometimes not. Finally, the fantastic journey of our Team Avatar has come to a close. Aang, our hero and Avatar, has successfully defeated the evil Fire Lord and ended the 100 year war with determination, intelligence, courage, strength, and of course with the help and support of his friends. As the Gaang enjoy a nice peaceful day at General Iroh's tea shop after their struggles, Sokka suggests they record their adventures in a journal, so they can not only remember their past, but also the lessons they've learned along the way.

Kaito is a waterbender that grew up in the Southern Water Tribe but left and is currently residing in Ba Sing Se. One day he goes to a tea shop called The Jasmine Dragon and that's when everything changes. This will follow the plot of the Avatar The Last Airbender series, so I recommend you watch that first.
