Water. Earth. Fire. Air. During the old days of the world, the Avatar kept balance between the water tribes, earth kingdom, fire kingdom, and air nomads. But that all changed when the fire nation attacked. Only the avatar could master all four elements and only he could stop the ruthless firebenders. But when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years have passed, and the fire nation is nearing victory in the war. Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the air nomads, and that the cycle was broken. And so, a single boy rose to the occasion and became a symbol of fear.

Kyoshi Warriors are graceful, strong and proud, trained to protect their home. The birth of Euna introduces the first bender on the island since Kyoshi, and places an incredible responsibility on her shoulders, even more so with the appearance of the Avatar.

After escaping from the Fire Nation once they found her and her family were airbenders, Aya has now joined the Avatar and his friends in hopes of stopping the war and freeing her friend, Shoa, from the Fire Nation's clutches. Strangely enough, the spirits also seem to want her to succeed and Aya is finding herself connecting with them more and more.
