Appreciate Stories

Life for most of us is mundane, we eat, sleep, work and repeat. But through the cracks, if we know where to look, how to appreciate them, are certain moments that stay with us forever, magical and unique to us for whatever reason. As we're so lucky to have these moments when not everyone does, I wrote this to help me remember all the stolen moments I've been lucky enough to enjoy.

#22 speech 4.03.21 #10 appreciate 4.3.21 #54 lesson 4.3.21 _________________________________________________________________________ So, this in my school, we have this annual speech thing where the school gives us five topics to chose from and then we need to chose one topic and write a maximum four minute speech about the topic. The five topics this year were: Children and teen should be in government The NHS should be scrapped Single use plastics should be banned You should never judge a book by its cover There is no place like home. ___________________________________________________________________

Just think about how much time, effort and energy we waste wanting to be something we're not or trying to have the impossible. Yes, there are things we can change and it's always good to aspire to be better in some way, shape or form, but there's also a magic and beauty in just reveling in the wonders of what we have right here, right now- that's what this one's about :)

Hve you ever felt like second place to something else: maybe a parent is too busy working, a friend too occupied, a lover not as interested as they used to be, or even to your own obligations and desires? This is a poem about feeling undervalued.

There are things that cannot be describe with merely words because some phenomena in our lives are unexplainable and incomprehensible. They are ineffable.

Esperansa was born in Mexico,when she was 8 years old she came to the United States.But her life is not normal like a regular person...ITS FULL OF SECRETS.
