She goes to the same high school as April and is good friends with her. Scarlette also attends that same highschool she is a year older than Chloe. What happens when the turtles have a chance to become human for just 24 hours at a time? Leo meets Chloe at a school function April takes them to this dance to meet other people and feel more like teenagers for one night only. He and Chloe meet.
