They encounter Halt's ex-apprentice, Gilan, mischievous elf, Evanlyn, and falsely accused ex-battle school cadet, Horace, in their travels. But the simple journey becomes a the start of massive war when assassins and monsters sent their way. Can this odd group save their country? Will seems confident. Especially when he is able to contact a division of The Criminals Corp. But unknown to him, the country is infested with traitors, and there is nobody he can trust.

Five years after Will Treaty and Lady Alyss are married, along comes their daughter. The newborn baby instantly shows signs of her mothers features. The couple couldn't be happier....Until Will is called away on a mission, and must leave his wife and newborn child. Alyss now constantly worries for her husband, and fears that Abby might have to grow up without a father, as Alyss and Will had. But did she think of the safety of herself? It's the third installment of Ranger's Apprentice, and the crew is back for another round! (Also, I don't exactly know who all knew about Will's warmweed, so I just had Halt, Horace, Evanlyn, and Alyss know about it).

The Scotti are back in Araluen, and they've tripled in force. Castle Macindaw has been taken, and armies are advancing through Norgate with intent to eventually take over the commanding fief. Will, Halt, and the rest of the Special Task Force have been called to ride out to meet them, with Araluen's armies at their backs - but will it be enough to stop the masses of bloodthirsty conquerors?

When she is found in a freak accident, a friend of Will Treaty finds that she has the skills of a ranger, and takes her under his wing as his apprentice. If she is found out as Morgarath's daughter, will people believe that she wants to change, or will they believe that she is following in her fathers footsteps, and wants to take over the kingdom?

Max has always been a little different. He was always the one who was picked last, if he even wanted to play, and he always seemed to want to be alone. Well, that all is about to change. His 15th birthday is coming. This year, he got to pick a craft master to study under. He also planned to ask Grace to be his girlfriend.
