After Lucifer's death at Michael's hands and the destruction of the Hazbin Hotel, Charlie is completely shattered. What once was hope has turned into cold, burning rage. With Heaven seeing her as a threat, Hell left in ruins, and her team either dead or scattered... she no longer believes in redemption. She no longer wants to save sinners.
