This follows the fate of the archipelagic nation as it navigates political challenges within and without. Through force, iron-hand rule, shrewd legal thinking, the nation rises to prominence after the war and troubles.

The archipelago has never been a peaceful place, with soldiers full of bravado and warring city-states. But when fire is stolen from heaven, something primal changes Adie is a messenger in the army, fearful her secrets will be revealed. Ralph is a tailor who can't keep up. Excador can't shake off a sense of doom. Red'sader is trapped in a prison of her own devising. Tulight is banished from the court of the gods. Only they can hear the changes - only they will listen to the cries of the land. - Fantasy is the genre that I love, and this is my ode to it. Enjoy.
