Elsa and Ayla, almost identical in appearance but completely opposite in personality. One is timid, reserved and has the ability to create ice and snow whereas the other can destroy everything with her fire for on one tragic day her heart turns cruel. She swears revenge on the Kingdom of Erendelle when her sister is crowned Queen instead of her and she is banished to the mountains to live her life in solitude.

After Anna and Kristoff was married and went to their honeymoon. Anna decides to help Elsa find her soulmate. Elsa think that will be a good idea to find true love but she goes back to back with Prince Hans the villainous man who plans to get revenge on the whole Arendelle with a new army. When Raoul suggests he and Christine take a trip to Arendelle to take her mind off the traumatic events at the opera house, neither one expects Christine to befriend the princess. Despite her uplifting new friend, Christine still mourns the loss of her angel, especially as speaking with the spirited princess causes her to doubt her own love for Raoul as well as his love for her.
