Argen Valecci had left his coven in order to avoid the lovely Polaris, his maker and the object of his forbidden love. But some secrets couldn't stay forever in the past. As other creatures of the night took advantage of the conflicts within the Vampiric Court, Argen knew that he could no longer run. To make things more complicated, a mute girl with extraordinary abilities suddenly showed up in his life... and suddenly, he was fighting an altogether different battle.

An original short story I made, it's about 1500 words long, nothing too much, but it really exhausted my mind writing it XD. I do not own the art of the cover unfortunately, the credit should go to it's rightful owner.
