THIS STORY IS ABOUT ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA AND KHUSHI KUMARI GUPTA WHO ARE A HAPPY MARRIED COUPLE AND LOVE EACH OTHER UNCONDITIONALLY . BUT THINGS TAKE A TURN DUE TO A HIDDEN TRUTH.

I want you to sign a contract, Arnavji. Marry me for six months, Khushi had demanded. The roses hidden behind Arnav's back wilted in his tight grip. "Pretend to be my husband for six months and lend me the Raizada name. If you don't agree, Jiji won't sit on the mandap. If your little brother's happiness means anything to you, you will sign it." And so the tables flipped. The blackmailed becomes the blackmailer. In a slight twist of events, it's not Arnav but Khushi who proposes the contract marriage, brokering a deal and breaking Arnav's heart. But why? What was Khushi's motive? Why only for six months?

Kushi gupta a chirpy and a beautiful mumbai girl, in her early twenties is waiting for her prince charming to come n sweep her off her feet..but she was firm on the decision that the guy who her parents chose will be her prince charming.. And our arnav sing raizada in his early twenties as well having no time for any nonsense like marriage..but his sister wants him to settle down with a girl who loves arnav like the way she does..how arnav and kushi end up being married.. Was kushi's decision of getting married right ? Did she hurry a little ? Was arnav all that good a person as she thought he was..will he b able to keep her happy ? Will they ever love each other ? Even if they fall in love will they be able to reciprocate the same?

The day is 14 August, 2012. The contract marriage between Arnav Singh Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta stands no more and it is now time to end things once and for all. And yet, as the two of them move apart, their hearts still beat for each other. The pain of staying in a forced marriage, based on betrayal and misunderstanding, is nothing compared to the anguish that sweeps them as they embark on a lifetime journey without one another. It is now that both of them realise, that the dreams they nurtured and the hopes they harbored, were all impossible. __________________ This is a short story based on the song 'Impossible' by James Arthur, a rendition that I think would befit the feelings of Arnav and Khushi if the truth about Shyam had not come out on time. This is, therefore, NOT a full fledged fanfiction. I intend to simply explore the emotions of Arnav and Khushi as they separate. The ending is most likely to be open-ended.
