What if the contract marriage was the beginning of something far more dangerous? What if Arnav's anger hid something far more terrifying than rage? This is my take on one of the most heartbreaking moments of the show.. the contract marriage reimagined with consequences, conflict, and characters who refuse to stay the same.

What if the terrace scene as we know it never happened? If Arnav would have reached terrace first and confessed his love to Khushi? If Arnav wouldn't have forced Khushi for a contract marriage? If two hearts wouldn't have broken into pieces? Picking up from the terrace scene, this is a take on how the show could have been able to continue without Arnav's mistrust in Khushi and a conventional forced marriage track.
