The title explains itself, buuut a fairy like pokemon called, you guess it, gets hunkered down during a tropical storm, and recounts the tale of how they got there. This story will be a half prequel story to Bitter~Sweet Volume 2. Pokemon is owned by Nintendo, Gamefreak, and Creatures.
