Diese Fanfiction beschäftigt sich mit den zwei Monaten des Jahres 1899, in denen der brillante, hochbegabte Albus Dumbledore den ebenso talentierten wie machtgierigen Gellert Grindelwald kennenlernt und durch ihn in einen Sog aus Allmachtsfantasien gezogen wird, der schließlich in einer schrecklichen Katastrophe endet. Mich hat diese Episode seines Lebens schon immer sehr fasziniert, deswegen habe ich beschlossen, sie einfach selbst zu schreiben ;) Logikfehler können vorkommen und alle Rechte liegen natürlich bei der einzig wahren J.K. Rowling.

Artemis Lupin was used to investigating mysteries on her own. People were untrustworthy. They lied. They tried to change the past. But the past couldn't be changed. Her own past was complicated. Especially because she wasn't the one hiding it, it was kept from her. For a good reason, they thought. The dream was her only lead. The only way to figure it all out. You've never heard about The Lost Maurader, have you? Well, here's an intro... Rome Nikki Black was Sirius Orion Black's twin sister. No one really knew her. Except for Sirius, Regulus, and her parents, of course. In fact, no one knew there WAS a twin sister to Sirius. Her mother, Walburga Black, thought she was a pure blood maniac. Of course, Ms. Black didn't call use those exact words but.... It was how Rome was brought up. She thought that there shouldn't be stereotypes. She thought muggleborns should be given a CHANCE to prove themselves first. Anyway, as I was saying, she hated stereotypes. Everytime she met someone, everyone thought she was a snobby, stuck up, pureblood maniac. She was ashamed of her last name. So, aboard the Hogwarts Express, she wasn't going to be Rome Nikki Black. She was going to have a New identity. First she needed to talk to Dumbledore. And her family. They never knew her. At least, they pretended so. Walburga was NOT happy, but respected her favorite child's wishes. Rome Nikki Black is now Ariana Rome Dumbledore. And she's the Lost Maurader. However, I am going WAY too fast. I must start at the very beginning.

Ariana Dumbledore and Merope Gaunt, were similar, in that both had traumatizing childhoods and oppressed magic. One was raised with love, the other raised with hate. Yet both young witches have their own story. Stories only alluded to, yet never given clarity. What were the mysterious acts that occurred during their childhood, that will be left a mystery? There is one thing that has occurred, and that is, both girls, so rare in nature, may be cases of an Obscurus. ------- This fanfiction will have my own take on these two characters from the Harry Potter universe. I will try to keep the information as cannon based as possible. I hope to expand upon the worlds given so little detail, including the Dumbledore's family relationships and story. Note: with the new fantastic beasts franchise, some of Dumbledore's history has been given. However the release of new plot and backgrounds will only be referenced to as nothing is certain. This is purely a fanfiction of my own theories put into a story.
