(Set at the last part of the anime.) Arima Kousei collapsed after his performance in East Japan Piano Competition. Upon the time he woke up, he discovered that he was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease. On the other hand, Miyazono Kaori had survived and was already recovering from cancer. How will those around Kousei react when they learn of his sickness? How will Kousei react on his sickness? ... This is a medical drama and a slight music-themed too. I hope you like it! Kousei knows that all is lost. Kaori's surgery was never guaranteed to work. Still, he heads straight to Totsuhara University Hospital after the Eastern Japan Piano Competition is done. He needs to hear the news himself and get some closure. But when he arrives, things do not go as he expected. Kaori is there, alive and whole! Standing! Kousei is overjoyed that the girl he loves is alive. He and Kaori share a tender embrace, so glad to be together again. But a singular question nags at the back of Kousei's mind. How is this even possible? Surely it could just be a strange, one-in-a-million miracle. Right? As Kaori's father, Omni Man, looks upon their romantic reunion, he smiles in triumph. His daughter's Viltrumite blood was awakened by the poking and prodding of the surgeons. And now, he has someone to help him bring Earth into the Viltrum Empire. The love that Kousei has for Kaori will be tested past its breaking point as Kaori's life takes a dark turn...that will alter the fate of the world.

*ON HIATUS* The day Kaori Miyazono went to Heaven it turns out God had other plans for her. Later that day in heaven she felt something move within her abdomen and went and to God, the Lord of Heaven, and he told her he had more plans for her so she'd be sent to the land of the living the day she died. After Kousei kun's first love , Kaori Miyazono dies in April , he keeps playing the piano and he's still friends with Tsubaki and Watari but he misses Kaori so much. One day he meets a girl that resembles Kaori. But he's afraid to get too close to her because of what happened with Kaori. Will he open up to this new girl or will he keep his walls up?
