It has been two years since Arnav and Khushi last met. When Garima's truth was out on their marriage day, Arnav blamed Khushi for not telling him the truth earlier, so, he thought she betrayed him as she hid the truth. Khushi has tried explaining to Arnav that she did not know anything about it and it was not Garima's fault. But, Arnav was not ready to listen to her, therefore, he broke all ties with her whereas, Anjali tried her best to keep the marriage, but failed as Arnav wasn't ready to listen to a single word.
