A young man in a small Midwestern town struggles to care for his mentally-disabled younger brother and morbidly obese mother while attempting to pursue his own happiness. note; this is my first story of this movie, so please don't expect it to be movie accurate! ELLEN, the youngest and most undisturbed of them all. 15 years and no plans to help unnecessarily.
