A young man in a small Midwestern town struggles to care for his mentally-disabled younger brother and morbidly obese mother while attempting to pursue his own happiness. note; this is my first story of this movie, so please don't expect it to be movie accurate! GILBERT is the second oldest child and has more assignments than he can handle. GABBY is technically two years younger than Gilbert and works and shares duties with Amy. ARNIE is Gilbert's most grueling job and is the second most youngest. Arnie suffers from a disorder and is unable to take care of himself. ELLEN, the youngest and most undisturbed of them all. 15 years and no plans to help unnecessarily.
