Uh, hey, this story is vaguely based off a dream I had a while ago about DannyPhantom.exe and his best friend Arny (or other people might know him as Birlap_), and I thought I would write it as a story because why not I guess. Lulu's entire city dies in a plane crash in the Atlantic Ocean, just off the coast of Florida, and she somehow finds the strength to swim around to the US, where a whole ass new adventure lies. Also, Danny and/or Arny if you do end up seeing this, I- I'm so sorry.
