Dealer, a really well-known gambler decides to enroll in Arsenal JR. academy, where people learn how to assassinate. The school is built out of fear and marble hallways, many students are kidnapped and forced to be in the school, while others choose to go. Many students are different, they all have different powers meanwhile others don't. After enrolling, however, Dealer finds that there are dark secrets that keep the school the way it is.

Leo is a regular boy living in the kingdom Arsenal, where a sadist psychopath rules as queen. He tries to stop the anarchy created by the queen while fighting for his own survival.
