20 years after Arstotzka won the six year war, now with a Galactic Empire, they can rule the Galaxy. But what happens if they find other life? Or what if other things happen? (This is a crossover of many fandoms, or just some. But not saying which ones. You'll have to guess.)

Feeling the Consequences of Actions of Past workers he must toe the line between morality and loyalty to the order. With his actions, he could possibly change the life of people forever wile under constance surveillance from the state. Will he follow his predecessor and go to snowier pastures? Will his loyalty hold firm through these trying times? or will he face the judge and get thrown behind iron bars for life.... or even worse....

This here is a new type of fan fiction for Papers Please. This Isn't during Papers Please, it's nine years after. We follow a young Arstotzkan who is Sympathetic to EZIC, he becomes a Democratic Reformer after he learns of what The Inspector did for the future of Arstotzka.
