L'Univers a été créé par ceux que l'on nomme les Encapuchonnés. Il s'agit d'un peuple né du néant. Ils ont toujours été là, et qui un jour se sont rendu compte qu'ils avaient les pleins pouvoir sur ce monde. Ils ont alors décidé de créer toutes les lois, toutes les règles qui le régissent aujourd'hui, et l'on rempli de matières, de systèmes, de galaxies, d'êtres vivants, de peuples et de bordel. Mais voilà, après 13,8 milliards d'années d'existence, nos dieux... Se font horriblement chier. Et plutôt que de tout recommencer à 0, ils ont décidé de continuer à créer des trucs.
