They say gravity is the force that keeps you grounded. For Reid Wiseman, it was the sound of her turning a page. Christina Hammock is quiet and driven. Reid is loud and deflecting. Victor Glover sees everything. Jeremy Hansen says nothing until it's too late. Together, the four of them spent years chasing the same impossible dream --- and somewhere between the failures, the late nights, and the silences that said too much, they discover that growing up is sometimes just as hard as reaching space. Some people fall for each other like a meteor. Fast, bright, gone before you even make a wish. Reid and Christina fell the way astronauts fall from orbit. Slowly. Without realizing it. Until they were already too far in to stop. Now NASA just put them all on the same rocket to Mars. Some distances don't actually help. And some forces are stronger than gravity.

Their hobbies, family gatherings, quiet mornings on their veranda, church- whatever is important to them. And it feels good- right? Why is it then that Christina suddenly begins to feel lonely-even despite all of the online love she slowly accepts. What or who is missing that has been around every day prior to their return..? Not a ship- just them being besties!

(ON-GOING | WRITTEN IN TAGALOG-ENGLISH) In which Lunara Skye 'Luna' Benavidez, a Filipina engineer and astrophysicist gets the opportunity of a lifetime, an internship at NASA. Armed with nothing but her dreams, quiet determination, and a heart full of wonder, she steps into a world she once only saw in documentaries and late-night stargazing. But among the bright minds and endless galaxies, she meets her, the woman she has admired for years. A legend. An icon. Untouchable... or so she thought. Because somewhere between constellations and whispered conversations, admiration begins to blur into something deeper. Something she never planned for. And in a place where everything feels infinite, she starts to wonder...Is it possible to fall for someone who feels as distant as the moon... yet suddenly, impossibly close? Linnea and Christina had been friends and co-workers for years, the two of them were basically inseparable. They had both been on the ISS and were now preparing for Artemis 2. But for a while, the two of them had grown oddly close, too close. But they were completely oblivious to it themselves. Reid, Victor and Jeremy had caught onto it quickly, and now the three of them were betting on two people who were important to their mission. - WRITERS NOTE - Ok guys this is my first story EVER so please be patient! My first language is not English so bear with me💔 I'm not exactly a space expert so if I call something the wrong name or something, feel free to tell me! Also I got the idea from somewhere a while ago but I don't remember who. About Linnea: She's 45, around 5'7 - 5'8 ish, originally from Norway but moved to the US once she was accepted by ESA (European space agency), her parents and siblings still live back in Norway, she has a Master's degree in aerospace engineering, math and natural sciences. She speaks fluent Norwegian, English and mostly good Russian. She's humorous, witty, caring and usually had everything in her backpack. Tylenol and ibuprofen? Ask Linnea. A pen? Linnea. Hairbrush, toothpaste, hair ties, tampons, chargers? Linnea had it all.

"Kasalanan na nga ang umibig dahil madre ka, at sa babae pa talaga." Maria Soledad "Sol" Peñaflorida had already devoted her entire life to God long before she was transferred to a small town church in North Carolina. She came there believing it would only be temporary. A quiet place to serve, pray, and eventually leave behind without attachment. Then she met Christina, the woman who came to church every Sunday with her family, always dressed like she belonged in the softest parts of heaven. The woman who looked at Sol a little too long, spoke to her a little too gently, and slowly became the reason why prayers started feeling heavier on Sol's tongue. What they had was never simple enough to be called friendship, but never safe enough to become love. So they stayed in between, because Sol knew the moment she chose Christina, she would lose the only life she had ever known, and Christina knew loving a woman who could never fully choose her would eventually ruin her. A small group of people was gathered near a conference room. Flight directors, engineers, support staff-and among them stood a woman Sarah recognized instantly. For a moment, the world seemed to slow. Christina Koch. Sarah hadn't seen her in years. The last time they'd stood in the same room, they had been teenagers wearing matching cheerleading uniforms, laughing about homework and weekend plans. Back then, they had spent nearly every day together. Now Christina stood confidently among NASA's finest, dressed in a flight suit bearing her name and mission insignia. She looked older, of course. More experienced. More accomplished. But unmistakably the same.

Oneshot on the return of the crew of the Artemis 2 mission and Christina's homecomming. The edits I've seen of Christina and her husband and just the way she always includes him in every interview or statement has made me smile sooo much, I couldn't help but imagine what her being back at home must have been like. Hope you enjoy! :) English isn't my first language- I do consume a lot of media in english, trying to write this however has shown me how damn difficult I still find it, so please take it easy on me

As a former biology student, taking astrophysics was pure madness. But what began as an impulsive choice soon turned out to be Lucy's discovery of her fascination with the universe - and with her professor, Dr. Koch. Between equations she barely understands and a world she never thought she belonged to, Lucy finds herself drawn deeper into both science and something she cannot quite name. Because some distances are measurable. Others are forbidden.
