He works particularly for the Separatists -- and, as such, you can imagine he is a rather major enemy of the Jedi. So you can also imagine that he gets arrested by them a lot. Even now, Cad Bane sits alone in a Republic prison cell, patiently expecting just the right moment for yet another easy escape. What he never expected, however, was the Republic to let him out. For apparently, the Jedi Council is in need of a favor -- one which Cad Bane will need to work alongside his most hated enemy to carry out.
