Sure Lexi had to spend a year in the W series, but that's because she knew she would need as much experience as possible before going to Formula 2. For her, it was only a minor setback as she was recruited by Art Grand Prix. It didn't take long for Lexi to gain even more attention even from other drivers. Felipe Drugovich knew he had a problem when he met Lexi during preseason testing. It was a problem that only grew worse as he got to know Lexi. The problem, he had a crush on the American but he was worried that his rivalry with her was going to get in the way.
