You have always been friends with the Havisham siblings. Until your parents got divorced. Your dad held most of the money so your mom was left poor. The mom found a decent room at a motel and set things up. Eventually she kicked Y/n out. No big deal to them though they came to terms that they were simply a burden a waist of money.

After inheriting a strange old house from her aunt, Y/N decides to move and start a new chapter of her life. But she's not the only one living there. In the seemingly haunted manor, she is drawn into contact with the ghost of a handsome young man with whom she begins to share a forbidden love as Halloween draws near.
