Aru and Aiden have only been dating for a month when a girl appears saying she is Aru's twin sister. Nobody believes her, but Aru. Also, a thief has been stealing memories from people. Nobody knows why, but they know things will change for the good or the worse.

Aru Shah's life get's absolutely upturned when she has to move from her beloved mother's house to her aunt's orphanage. Not choice, but need. But there, she finds true companionship when she meets Mini and Brynne who are also stranded in the place. And the mysterious, closed up, Aiden Acharya: beautiful, perfect, ethereal. And silent. He won't talk to her, anyone, and no one knows anything about him. As Aru navigates the true secrets behind her sentence to the orphanage and helps Brynne understand her past, she finds herself drawn to the cold boy who keeps everyone out.

Aru Shah wasn't remotely in the place to have another relationship, much less settle down and start a family. Heartbroken from her ex boyfriend attempting to cheat on her with her older sister Kara, another relationship was way out of the question. Aiden Acharya had never wanted to get married. He had never thought about it seriously, because that was dangerous. It was dangerous to think that he could get married, because the more he put into people, the more terrifying it was. Risking being anything like his dad was too much to ask for, so he would play it safe. So when the only match that Aru and Aiden's mom bring home happen to be eachother, the boy Aru has hated since middle school for reasons that shall not be disclosed, and the girl Aiden has always found a little strange and who has also hated him since middle school for reasons he was unaware of, it became even more unlikely that they would get married. But both succumb to the pressure of their family, and both agree to meet eachother, eventually concocting a plan to fake date eachother so their parents realize how horribly suited they are for marriage- and for eachother. One thing leads to another, and both Aru and Aiden find themselves wrapped up in a rollercoaster of secrets, built up emotion, and unanswered questions. Can they find their own version of forever together? Hiii everyone! This is just an Aru Shah AU. No description (I don't wanna reveal anything). This is the first time I'm writing fanfic so there might be any mistakes. This is a collaboration between sleep-can-wait and Loife1m. Music had always been a part of Aru's life. It had been something that she had created to represent something both she and her sister treasured and loved. Something that had let her translate her emotions into something breathtaking and wonderful during that period of unhappiness. That something gave her happiness. But then she left and nothing was the same, her performances took a toll and she didn't allow her movements and voice to tell her story anymore. Not only that, a new band was on the rise, one whose goal was to take down hers. So her team was given a few new members to help boost their fame, and though she hated them at first, they helped her uncover a couple of things. This book was started before Aru Shah and the City of Gold came out, so this is just plain chapter from before the book. THEN after that the ACTUAL part of the book happens. EXCEPT for the first two chapters.. SO FROM CHAPTER WHENEVER ARU GETS HOME! Also a little chapter from the 8 month gap. ENJOY! (I am TERRIBLE at descriptions-)

Aru Shah is an honored member of the Cache clan. Why? Because her dad, the Sleeper, is the leader. Aru thought her life would never change, but then she gets captured and soon learns that not everything with the Patate clan is as it seems. She meets new friends, new mentors, and a new family. But the rivalry continues, and Aru is forced to fight her dad and her old friends. All characters go to Roshani Chokshi, and the cover art is not mine!

OR: 3 times Aiden Acharya tried to ask Aru Shah to dance with him and the 1 time he succeded. (This is for the Halloween event)

Aru invited all her sister and wifey for a sleepover .Aiden then had a great idea to play truth or dare. Boo thought it was the worst idea saying "Pandava don't have time to play truth or dare" But finally agree when Aru threaten to take away all his Oreo.
