Hinata Shoyo is not energetic or bright in this fic. Hinata steps into Karasuno high school and feels nothing but anxiety. He wants to join the volleyball team badly. But he's quiet and quite nervous about asking for anything. Someone better would definitely join if he didn't. The very first day of school he runs into Sugawara Koshi who recognizes him. And with a gentle smile and a small push, Hinata is in the gym. This is the very beginning of Hinata's story. Of how he gains confidence and stands up for himself. Also, Emma took coral (the young kid in the Grace Field House) when they left the farm, Emma change Coral's name to Natsu, and Emma changed her gender to a boy.
