[An AU where the animatronics have advanced AIs which lead them to form personalities of their own and become sentient.] It was just another day at the restaurant. The Showstoppers entertain kids as they do. It was the sole reason they were created after all. Today was yet again another birthday party. Although it seems that all but one was enjoying himself. Though as the asshole he is, Bon still had a soft spot for children. It was embedded in his code after all. Deciding to approach the child, it seems that he was in for quite a surprise. I WONDER what it could be. [If you've seen the movie or have read the book Wonder, then let's just pretend that the kid was born in the 50s-60s, alright? Pog.] [This is going to be cursed because it's going to be wholesome. /srs]

The true story of how Janis and Damian met and how their friendship grew to be so strong, including all the gritty, sad bits that the movie and the musical don't go into. There will be an overall trigger warning in the first chapter and although I kinda have a plot for this I'm open to suggestions.
