    Jagga is a very bright Chamar (underprivileged) boy of 18. He brutally murders the rapist of his widowed mother and escapes to Delhi to seek shelter. The murder haunts him. And the police are on his heels. While Jagga is walking on the road, an industrialist loses control of his car and hits a tree. He is seriously injured. Jagga takes him to the hospital and saves his life. The rich family feels indebted to him. They provide him lodging and help him join a YOGA Ashram to find direction for his vagrant life. Unhappy and seeking mental peace, Jagga spends a year in the Ashram that provides him physical and spiritual training to salvage his tortured soul. Jagga misses his mother. The police are still hot on his trail. He goes back to the village and whisks his mother away. His mother tells him how a police Inspector brutalized her in his absence, trying to elicit information on Jagga. Jagga keeps giving the police a slip. But he is tortured by the desire to avenge the Inspector. In his struggle between doing the right thing and taking revenge on the Inspector, Jagga faces the final dilemma of his life. What did he choose: the life of a yogi or to commit another murder?

    The Snake Pit has won. Red Eye has won the World League, injuring himself in the process, and Valt Aoi has joined the ranks of the masked Bladers.
