Even though loosing his memory of his old life, he's determined to find his lover who's the only person he remembers and starts a new life with him. Ash has changed many people's lives and they are all grateful to him. Making people and Pokemon happy was his goal, his happiness was never in the wall because he never cared about it. But seeing Gladion might be enough to change that.
