Goh Allens, a 14-year-old boy from the beautiful provences of the Kanto Region, Vermillion City, has been left alone after both of his dear parents, both rich business and government officials, were killed in a car crash. With no family to go to and the adoption centers and orphanages being run by terrible people and not well-kept, Goh would rather stay away from the insane people in his society and live on his own in the streets.
