Over the summer, Aspen stayed with her parents in Seattle, Washington. There, she had peace of mind. Now since summer is over, she's back to her school in Kokomo, Indiana, living with her grandparents. At her school, she managed to make a few acquaintances. But only a few will stay her friends as she tries to calm her mind from her inevitable demise.
