I admire him. The way he wrote his stories, the way he expresses himself and the way he appreciates his readers. I am her number one fan, I am her avid reader and lastly I am who I am because of him. He brought colors to my black and white life. I love his works but I love him more than his works and who have thought that a simple fan girl would be noticed by his Idol? Who have thought that a simple fan girl would change the world of her Idol?

This short story was originally published on my Tumblr page almost exactly two years ago. It was part of a (sadly failed) 30 day writing challenge. Theo is an aspiring author and he loves his girlfriend with every ounce of his being, he's never met a girl quite like her. Theo just loves the way Lana does everything and the best part is that she loves him the same way. They almost never fight and when they do the apologies come right after, followed by late night trips to the Grab n' Go down the street or homemade milkshakes. Lana is perfect in every way, even the ways she's not perfect. Accept, for as much as he knows Lana, there's so much he doesn't. Like her birthday, he should know her birthday or her parents, he should have met them by now. Theo knows Lana keeps some things to herself, he respects that and he trusts her but there's something bothering her and he wants to talk to her but he doesn't want to push her either. Theo thinks it has to do with their best friends getting married while he doesn't even have the money for a ring. if she'd even say yes. for as much as he knows she loves him, there's got to be a reason she's never brought up marriage or kids or a future. Lana tends to be the live in the moment kind of girl but maybe there's more of a reason she hasn't ever brought it up. The only thing Theo is sure of is that he loves her and he'll do anything to keep her.
