It's my original world and it's pretty messed up. Murder is legal (except on school grounds) and no one cares if you are hurt. Except one person. Also everyone is part something and can appear human. But it's been believed that all true blood humans are dead millions and millions of years ago. 40% of the population has a power or aka special skill.
