BedWars is a multiplayer PvP minigame originally from the Hypixel server, in which players fight to be the last standing... Of course, it's all just a game. Purpled doesn't actually go around, killing players and breaking beds for coins. It's all just a game, right? Until it isn't.

Y/N never really attend a normal school. They are always on their pc doing online classes, play, and record bedwars for tiktok. One day, when Y/N were going to the mall, they bump into some people. One word they remembers was "I don't want to go, there's a minecraft event". Coincidentally, they got a notification that they were added to the bedwars event list as a backup.
